SAN Flow Heater for Temperature Maintenance in Cooling Plants

Application

The SAN oil pre-heater is designed for heating of oil and is often used for pre-heating of waste oil on ships. The oil pre-heater is installed in connection with incinerators, where it heats up the waste oil to approx. 70°C to optain the right viscosity before it is being lead into the burner, where it is vapourized and thus becomes ignitable.

The oil pre-heater is manufactured in 2kW and 2,5kW in voltages according to requirement, insulated and with 3/8" in- and outlet. The heater is equipped with adjustable thermostat 30-110°C, temperature limiter adjustable in the range of 50-110°C, and manual reset button
