Flow heaters

Our SAN flow heaters are used in a.o. the oil industry and in the petrol chemical industry for heating of fluids and gasses in connection with the actual process in each specific industry.

The flow heaters can be mounted either vertically or horizontally depending on the available space. The heaters can be delivered in different designs, with or without certificates and with various approvals such as PED or NDT.

Our flow heaters can be delivered with built-in or replacable heating elements. The replacable heating elements are mounted in tube wells so that the heating elements can be replaced without emptying the vessel.

All our flow heaters are delivered in voltage according to request and from few Watt to MW sizes.

Our electrical flow heaters require no maintenance and the control is very simple, which means a minimum of costs.

Depending on the operating conditions and requirements for accuracy, SAN is capable of delivering controls according to each customer's need and requirements. This goes for traditional contactor control as well as thyristor regulation.
